Booking

Booking confirmation requires a credit card or 30% down payment via wire transfer; this policy applies to all hotel guests, for every bedroom booked, without exception.

» check out: by 11 am

Check out can be extended to 6 pm for an additional € 150,00 € (please note: this offer is not always available, it cannot be set at the time of booking, and depends on room availability on the day of departure)

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the total price will be retained
For cancellations made no later than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 60% of the total price will be retained
For cancellations made up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, a deposit of 100% of the total price will be retained.
In the event of early departure, the full price of the booking will be charged.

Families/ Children/ Pets

» children must be a minimum of 14 years old
» a third occupant in a room is charged 40% of the base rate
» pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and the following credit cards: EC-Karte, Visa, Carta Sì, Eurocard, MasterCard. Please remember that in Italy cash payments may not exceed € 1,000 (art. 12 DL Nr. 201/2011)
